Paris to Bass Pro

This past weekend, while Miss B was in Paris France, Mr. and Master B & I went to the Bass Pro shop to pick out Master B's present. This mega store is located in Southern Indiana about 50 minutes from our house. The guys had been there before, but this was my first trip. See below for some shots of the wowza displays they have at this HUGE store.



If you have a Bass Pro shop in your area, I would definitely recommend a visit, especially if you have small children and/or grandchildren. They even have a Starbucks inside! This was a giant waterfall area in front of the elevators, yes there are elevators in this store because there are three floors. Below the waterfall was a giant aquarium type tank with fish.

Overhead the golf pro shop flies a red airplane, slightly smaller than full size.

These guys were sitting next to me in the atrium area where there were tables and chairs (you can kind of see a chair to the right of the picture)

This was outside the storefront area, where grapevine reindeer and sleigh were displayed.

On the other side of the entrance was this old pickup truck, which I love. We use to have an old beater pickup truck we used for home improvement projects around our previous house, which was a 1800's farmhouse. It makes want that old truck back (well not really) but it was very nostalgic.

Impressive as it was, I would have given anything to be shopping with Miss B in Paris instead.
