Whooo's ready for fall?

Are you a summer lover and wish it would last forever~
or a you ready for fall and cooler weather?
I'm definitely ready for fall
mostly because I do not take the heat very well
and have to hide indoors, but also
because I love the colors and textures of fall.
Today I took a little me time to sit down
with my cutie pie owl tea for one pot
and a place set for a bite of dessert to enjoy,
while reading a few fall inspiration books
and magazines.
I love Carolyn Roehm's ideas and style.
Her Fall Notebook is a great planner and inspiration tool.
The napkin and plate were both found at
Cwonder online.
The napkins are no longer available, but the plates
are on sale!
The flameless candle is a QVC find
online here.
If you have not read Ms. Roehm's blog and books
you should check them out as they are a great source
of inspiration!
Hope you are enjoying the season -or anticipating the next one
Thanks for stopping by~make it a Beeutiful Day!

  2. Love that you set a special place for tea and quiet reading. With the crazy world outside, a break for your favorite things is like a breath of fresh air.

  3. That really is a cutie pie owl teapot! I like your idea of reading inspirational books over tea. Our fall will probably be in about 6 weeks for some cooler weather.

  4. What a cute owl! I don't think I am ready for fall, as summer comes so late here. But I do love fall colors and decorating. Will check out the blog! Thanks for linking to Tuesday Cuppa Tea!

  7. Your owl tea for one is very cute! I am not a Fall person. I would love for it to be Spring and Summer here all year long. We enjoy our warm weather so much because we are beach people. The beach is our favourite place to go as well as long walks in the woods. Our Falls quickly turn cold and we have harsh Winters here with a lot of ice and snow. I do however try very hard to be thankful for all seasons. Thank you for sharing your tea time with us and have a wonderful day.

    Blessings,
    Sandi
